Methods of Payment

I accept payment by Paypal, Direct Debit to my bank account (banking details will be supplied upon checkout if you select this option), cheque or money order (made payable to Susannah Williams).

Custom Orders

For custom orders placed, I require a deposit (the amount of which will be specified in the product listing) within 10 days of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made. I also require wool and colour choices to be made within 2 weeks of purchase. I apologise for imposing these conditions on customers, but unfortunately they are necessary for me to manage my valuable time as a WAHM with two young children. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are having difficulties in making your choices.

If payment and/or choices are not made within these time frames, the product may be relisted for sale.

I will commence dyeing the order upon receipt of the deposit and your colour and wool choices.

In Stock Orders

I require payment to be made within 10 days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Please don't hesitate to contact me to make alternate arrangements for payments.

If payment is not received within this time frame, the product may be relisted for sale.

Laybys

I am happy to accept laybys on both custom and in stock items. Please contact me to discuss terms prior to purchase.
