I ship items via Australia Post.
Registered postage is included in the price of all hand knit items, in stock or custom.
Postage is additional to prices for custom dyed yarn, I will let you know a price for postage upon completion of the order. Yarn can be sent either by normal post or registered post, if you hold any concerns about your parcel reaching you please choose registered post for peace of mind.
Postage is also additional to prices for in stock yarn, prices will be advised upon checkout. Again, yarn can be sent either by normal post or registered post.
Sorry, but I cannot be held responsible for items lost by Australia Post.
Returns
Please try your new hand knit on over a nappy and cover. I am happy to accept unworn hand knits or yarn in as new condition back for a refund of the full price minus $5 for postage and handling.
Items must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt.
Postage costs back to me are also the customer�s responsibility.
